Customer acknowledges being fully informed by the fact that its agreement on the content of these general conditions does not require the handwritten signature of this document. The member has the power to safeguard and publish the general conditions under its responsibility.
These general conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties under the online sale of goods and services offered by the company Ayurveda Canarias services.
All contents of this site are limited to information and general use Ayurveda Canarias is not liable for damage resulting from use of the information on this site. Consequently, you accept the use of information and products under their own responsibility.
The "click" on page customer purchase order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as handwritten signature.
The proof of the transaction
Computerized records are stored in the information processing systems of the company Ayurveda Canary considered as evidence of communications, orders and payments occurred between the parties. Ayurvedic products have deadlines of use, sometimes very short and sometimes are more effective when they are more recent.
Some products may not be available, on condition out of stock or even stop marketing. You will be notified immediately in the event of unavailability of a product and to take options will be discussed.
It is the customer's responsibility to check whether the products ordered are in conformity with the laws in your country.

Problems with delivery
In the case of delivery problems, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damages, produced missing compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken products ...) will have to be imperatively indicated on the delivery order in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the customer's signature. Retraction of order
